FOBHNP Bus Voucher Program

In 2008, Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley issued a groundbreaking executive order establishing the Maryland Partnership for Children in Nature to ensure Maryland's youth have the opportunity to connect with the natural world to become informed and responsible stewards of Maryland Parks and beyond. Black Hill Nature Programs offers free curriculum-based environmental education programs to all Montgomery County schools to include, public, independent, and home-schools (grades K through 12). The Friends of Black Hill Nature Programs (FOBHNP) is pleased to be able to specifically help support and fund this important initiative by offering bus vouchers to Title I schools located in Montgomery County, Maryland. We invite all Title I schools to apply!

Often bus transportation fees can make the difference in a child receiving a meaningful field trip or not. We need your help to be able to fund future bus vouchers for Title I schools in need of this important program!
