A Lasting Tribute to Mary McKnight

Mary McKnight was a founding member of our organization and was an integral force in shaping our mission and guiding our strategic vision. With a sharp mind and a generous heart, she contributed to countless initiatives that strengthened our organization and helped us grow. She was a supporter and a steadfast advocate for our cause, and we are grateful for her dedication.

Mary’s contributions will live on in the work we do, and she will be deeply missed.

Their support made it possible for us to place a commemorative pergola bench in her honor. This bench will serve not only as a place of rest and reflection, but as a symbol of Mary’s enduring legacy and impact on the Friends of Black Hill Nature Programs.
